Budgeting is an integral part of your campaign since it controls the maximum amount of your spend per day as well as your maximum bid for that creative. You can edit budgeting within the "Edit Targeting" section of your campaign/creative.
This reflects your campaign's total budget spend from your campaign's start date through your campaign's end date. It may not exceed the budget you allocated towards your Line of Credit.

Your daily budget reflects the maximum amount you want to spend per day. Once it has reached its daily maximum, it will stop serving impressions until the next day.
This is the maximum dollar amount you are willing to spend on your campaign or creative. When your ad enters the auction, this is the maximum it will bid against other ads.
Generally for CPM campaigns, we recommend a starting bid of $12. For CPE campaigns, we recommend a bid of $1.50. A too-low bid could mean your creative will be unable to compete in the marketplace.
