A Line of Credit (LOC) is a pool of funds that can be used for one or more campaigns, if your Line of Credit amount allows for it. Created before your content runs, the Line of Credit allows you to get approved funding for distribution through the Sharethrough Ad Manager.
Without an approved Line of Credit, your campaigns and its associated creatives will not activate and begin delivering traffic. You can fund your Line of Credit with a credit card or apply using a credit application before funds can appear in your Line of Credit.
This may occur when you have creatives that recorded less spend than the allocated total budget. By allocating a budget towards your creatives, this locks those funds in place. To free up your funds, please change your Total Budget allocation to what spent per creative or campaign.
Click on the Total Budget amount and change the amount to what spent within that campaign or creative. This will free up the remaining funds from your Line of Credit.
