There are a few reasons your campaign or creative may not be live:
If you've exceeded your Line of Credit and need to extend the expiration date or increase funds, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Navigate to your creative > Click the Manage button > Click Submit for Approval.
Our approval acceptance process will take anywhere within 2 business days.
When you enable a new CPE creative, it enters a learning period which can sometimes last a few days. We use this period to establish a baseline of the performance of your content at no cost to you. This determines the level of competition among other ads within the marketplace.
Your CPM or CPE bid is too low to compete against other ads on our platform. You must increase your bid in order to view an increase in delivery. If increasing your CPE bid still does not produce results, we recommend switching to vCPM to determine what a competitive CPE bid will be for your content.

If you have strict targeting on your campaign or creative, it may be difficult to spend your campaign’s budget. It is recommended to open up targeting to have access to more inventory.
