How to Setup a Deal ID on The Trade Desk - Kokai Update – Sharethrough

While at the advertiser level, click on the "Programmatic Table"
Within the "Programmatic Table" select the "Fwd: Forward Markets & Deals" tile.
Next, select the "create deal manually" option in the Forward Market and Deals page
On the next page, select "Private Auction" and "Equativ" as the Supply Vendor. Enter the Deal ID provided by your client solutions manager.
On the next page, enter your Deal Name, Delivery Profile and Floor Price (if provided)
1. Important Note: Delivery Profile must include either the Advertiser or Partner that you intend to run the deal from, if not included you will not be able to run on the PMP. If you are unsure about Delivery Profiles, please read this guide.
  - Additional important new note, please mark "Is this deal part of an upfront?" as "No"
All done! Now you should be able to see the deal in your seat!
